Room offer
Once the advertisement period for a room has expired, the system selects the first eligible candidate. Who this is depends on how the housing association offers the accommodation. If you are the selected candidate, you will receive an email with instructions. You have 24 hours to state online in your registration whether or not you want to view the room. If you fail to reply or reply too late, the offer will expire and you will be blocked for a temporarily period and the room will be offered to the next candidate.
